DWWA 2022 award winners tasting in Seoul
Promote your award-winning wines in the rising market of Seoul, South Korea
The interest in and consumption of wine in South Korea has been increasing remarkably in the past few years. Decanter has therefore organised a walk-around tasting in partnership with Winevision on 18 November 2022 to promote DWWA 2022 medal winners to the growing South Korean wine scene.
As part of DWWA's promotional opportunities, all DWWA 2022 medal winners (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Best in Show) are invited to have their wines showcased at the Seoul event, free of charge.
Please note: You may register more than one award-winning wine. Decanter will showcase your wine/s for you - you do not need to attend the event. Please note the number of sample bottles required, shipping details and deadlines below and confirm your wines will arrive in time before registering.

- Wine delivery window to Seoul: Our logistics partner, W&S Logistics, will contact you at the beginning of September to allocate a delivery window for you
- Number of bottles required: 4 bottles per wine
The import procedure in South Korea is complicated, and Decanter is working with the logistics partner, W&S Logistics, to space the shipments and assist your shipping.
W&S Logistics will contact you at the beginning of September to allocate a delivery window for you with detailed shipping instructions.
Customs Charges & Insurance of wine: All duty, shipping costs and taxes must be prepaid by the submitter of the samples.
Wines must be Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Please liaise with your courier or local shipper for advice on how to complete the paperwork and process payments of any shipping costs.
Wines cannot be accepted by our logistic partner, W&S Logistics, if the charges associated with shipping have not been paid. The Submitters will bear any penalty and additional cost incurred from the non-compliance with the declaration requirement in South Korea.

Please ensure you send the correct wine and vintage for the WINE ID you have supplied. Wines will not be showcased if the wrong wine or vintage is received.
Wines samples will be stored and transported in temperature controlled environment to maintain the quality of the wines.
