The world-famous Decanter Fine Wine Encounter will return to New York City for its fourth consecutive year on Saturday 7th June 2025.

As part of DWWA's promotional opportunities, Gold, Platinum and Best in Show medal winners from Decanter World Wine Awards 2024 are invited to have their wines showcased on the DWWA Winners' Table, free of charge. 

An unforgettable day of wine tasting, set against the backdrop of the iconic New York skyline, don't miss this opportunity to have your award-winning wine presented to a sophisticated wine loving audience.

Important notes: 

  • Decanter will showcase your wine for you - you do not need to attend the event.
  • *Spaces are limited and on a first-come, first-serve basis (maximum one registration per producer). You will need to send 2 sample bottles in order to take part.
  • Please review the shipping details and deadlines before registering to confirm you will ship your wines accordingly. Shipping costs are the participant's responsibility.

Sending Your Wines:

Our logistic partner Air Business will be responsible for receiving your wine deliveries and delivering them to the venue. All wines need to be handled by Air Business. It’s important that you read the Air Business Wine Delivery Instruction document carefully.

Once your participation is confirmed, please contact Air Business to inform them of your chosen shipping method. Completed forms must be submitted to Air Business by Friday 4th April at the latest. They will then provide guidance on how and where to send your wines.
