How much do the stickers cost and how do I pay?

Each roll of stickers costs £49 + VAT.  Discounts are available for orders of 29,000 stickers (29 rolls) or more.  Please see below for special discount codes, which must be used at check out.

Do I get a discount for ordering a large number of stickers?

We are pleased to be able to offer special discounts to customers placing orders of 29,000 (29 rolls) or more.

If your pre-tax order totals over £1,400, you can receive 30% off if you use the discount code THIRTY
This gives orders of 29,000 stickers (29 rolls) or more, a special rate of £34.30 per roll (saving £14.70 per roll).

If your pre-tax order totals over £2,400, you can receive 35% off if you use the discount code THIRTYFIVE
This gives orders of 49,000 stickers (49 rolls) or more a special rate of £31.85 per roll (saving £17.15 per roll).

If your pre-tax order totals over £3,400, you can receive 45% off if you use the discount code FORTYFIVE
This gives orders of 70,000 stickers (70 rolls) or more a special rate of £26.95 per roll (saving £22.05 per roll).

If your pre-tax order totals £4,900 and over, you can receive 50% off if you use the discount code FIFTY
This gives orders of 100,000 stickers (100 rolls) or more a special rate of £24.50 per roll (saving £24.50 per roll).

Please note: Discounts may only be claimed at point of online purchase.  Please ensure you use the appropriate discount code above.  Discount codes can be entered in the second page of the checkout process.

Can I print my own stickers?

All promotional materials are subject to copyright. This includes Decanter World Wine Award, and Decanter Magazine Panel Tasting or Decanter Recommends bottle stickers. It is prohibited to produce your own stickers unless you have purchased the rights to do so and have had approval from Decanter.
 
The DWWA, Panel Tasting and Decanter Recommends logos are subject to copyright, so they cannot be altered or changed in any way. They must only be used for the appropriate awarded wines/vintages from DWWA and in Decanter (for Panel Tastings or Decanter Recommends)
 
You may use these logos on your website or in your marketing materials to publicise your award (free of charge).
 
Please note that as stickers are subject to copyright you may not produce your own stickers or labels, unless you have purchased the rights from Decanter. If you would like to find out more about licensing Decanter artwork please e-mail adriana.bravo@decanter.com.

Do I have to purchase delivery insurance for my order?

No. Decanter uses a reputable international courier company, Mission Express. Decanter cannot be held responsible for any undelivered materials.

Can I track my order?

Our courier company, Mission Express, will email you with a link to their website and a unique tracking number so you can follow the progress of your order using their comprehensive track and trace facility.

How long does it take to produce stickers from my order?

Mission Express aims to dispatch all DWWA orders within 4 working days of being placed online, although this is subject to availability* and flights. *DWWA bottle stickers are held in stock.

Decanter Magazine Panel Tasting Stickers and Recommends Stickers can take up to two weeks to produce and dispatch although this is subject again to availability and flights.

I need a receipt/invoice for my order

All online customers will automatically receive a receipt from WorldPay and an email confirmation of their order from the Decanter Shop. If you have a specific invoice request, please email adriana.bravo@decanter.com.

Do I pay VAT?

Yes. If you are in the UK all prices are inclusive of UK VAT. If you are overseas you will be VAT exempt and this will be shown at checkout.

Do I have to pay duty and customs charges?

All promotional material is given a nominal value in order to avoid charges where possible. Should duty and customs charges be payable, the purchaser will be liable for these.

Is there a minimum number of stickers that I can order?

Yes. Stickers must be ordered in multiples of 1000, the minimum number that can be ordered is 1000.

Are stickers still available for previous years?

Yes. Rolls of 1,000 stickers from 2010 to the current year for Decanter World Wine Awards and 2012 to the current year for Decanter Asia Wine Awards can be purchased online.

What is an EORI number?

EORI stands for “Economic Operators Registration and Identification number”.

Businesses and people wishing to trade must use the EORI number as an identification number in all customs procedures when exchanging information with Customs administrations.

Having one common type of identification number across the EU is more efficient, both for economic operators and customs authorities.
