DWWA 2022 Winners' Table

After the success of Decanter's inaugural Decanter Fine Wine Encounter in New York City, the world-renowned event will be back in 2023, taking place on Saturday June 10th at the beautiful Bay Room at Manhatta on the 60th floor.

As part of DWWA's promotional opportunities, Gold, Platinum and Best in Show medal winners from the Decanter World Wine Awards 2022 are invited to have their wines showcased at the highly-anticipated on the DWWA winners' table, free of charge. 

Important notes: 

  • Decanter will showcase your wine for you - you do not need to attend the event. 
  • Spaces are limited and on a first-come, first-serve basis (maximum one registration per producer). You will need to send 2 sample bottles in order to take part.
  • Please review the shipping details and deadlines before registering to confirm you will ship your wines accordingly.

Spaces available: 30 spaces (limit one wine per producer)*
Open to: DWWA 2022 Gold, Platinum & Best in Show medal winners
Bottles required: 2 bottles

Sending Your Wines:
Our logistic partner W&S Logistics will be responsible for receiving your wine deliveries and delivering them to the venue. All wines need to be handled by W&S Logistics. It’s important that you read carefully the "W&S Wine Delivery Instruction" document.

Please contact W&S Logistics after registering with which Procedure (A, B or C) you will choose to ship your wines. Completed forms are due to W&S by Friday 21st April at the latest. They will then be able to guide you on how and where to send your wines.

Important: We kindly ask you to follow thoroughly the shipping instructions. In the case the instructions are not respected, we shall not be held responsible for any issue occurred during transport, customs clearance or delivery.

Please choose from one of the below options:

• All the wineries shipping from France and Europe should follow procedure A
• All the wineries shipping from non-European countries, should follow procedure B
• All the US companies and the wineries already having wines in the USA (customs
cleared duty paid) should follow procedure C

DELAY AND NON –PERFORMANCE

Neither party shall be held liable for any damages sustained from delay or non-performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation, strikes or other labour, disputes, weather, earthquakes, fires, floods, war, riots, civil disorder, failure of power or utilities and government acts. If any occurrence over which neither partly has reasonable contact arises and if it prevents, postpones, interrupts or requires cancellation of the show, the exhibitor shall reimburse W&S Logistics – Balguerie Group for its direct expenses in pursuing or providing services until the date of its occurrence.
